The Equestrian Area on the northside is only 15 minutes to the boat launches at Windsor State beach and close to the New Mall. The central Equestian Area has some great trails too!

The Lake Havasu Equestrian center is half a block away. Trails go down to the Lake or all over the hills.

There are a lot of things to do in Lake Havasu City. You can boat up to the Laughlin Casinos or fishing all the way down to the dam in Parker. Two and a half hours to Las Vegas, three hours to LA. (Close enough, but not too close!) Call your Agent for a showing!
